Steve Kent

Steve has been leading some of the best-known life science software and services companies globally. He was managing director of ClinPhone, one of the most successful UK companies in the sector, taking the company public in 2006. He went on to head Parexel’s technology business after its acquisition of ClinPhone, more than trebling revenues to $400m. Steve has since chaired a number of highly successful private equity-backed companies in the sector, incl. Kinapse and CRF Health. He’s currently non-executive chairman of Phlexglobal, Pharmaspectra, 4ways Healthcare and is on the Board of Imagen Therapeutics.

Steve Powell

Steve has been at the forefront of disruption in the life science software industry. He built the international operations and commercial functions for Phase Forward, today one of the largest providers in the industry, and helped take the company public before its acquisition by Oracle in 2010. He was chairman of AlbionVC portfolio company Exco InTouch, the UK’s leading patient engagement solution before its sale to ERT. He’s currently non-executive chair of AlbionVC portfolio companies Cisiv, MyMeds&Me and uMotif, as well as chairman of Dotmatics.

Neil Rotherham

Neil is a highly successful entrepreneur and leader in the industry. He founded ClinPhone in 1993 and grew the company from start-up to a global leader in clinical trial technology with 500 employees. He was a co-founder and executive chair of AlbionVC portfolio company Exco Intouch, which was sold to ERT. He is chairman and advisor to a number of life science software and technology providers, incl. AlbionVC portfolio company Raremark, Greenphire and Cmed.   

The webinar will be moderated by Christoph Ruedig, AlbionVC partner. Christoph practiced radiology and strategy consulting before becoming an investor in healthcare in 2006. At AlbionVC he focuses on digital health and life sciences.
