Agnese is a Marketing Associate at AlbionVC where she supports marketing and communications for the group. Prior to joining she worked for three years in a London-based venture capital firm running marketing, overseeing fundraising projects, and helping the investor relations. She also previously worked for the Milan Fashion Week and the Milan Design Week in public and media relations.
Agnese has a master's degree in Communication and International Relations. She is fluent in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German.
Andrew initially practised as a neurosurgeon before starting his career in investment. He now focuses on medical technologies, digital health and the life-science sector. He serves on the board of several companies ranging from diagnostics and imaging to pharmaceuticals and biomarkers.

Cat joined Albion from Goldman Sachs where she worked on IPOs, M&A and leveraged buyouts in New York and London.

Christoph practiced radiology and strategy consulting before becoming an investor in healthcare in 2006. At Albion he focuses on digital health, with investments that run the gamut from rare diseases to care pathway management.

Jane is the Talent Director for AlbionVC. She helps the fund invest in the best founders for AlbionVC by assessing their leadership potential, and works with the leadership teams to support and accelerate the rapid organisational scaling of our companies. The Talent platform at AlbionVC enables us to build and share Talent thought leadership with our early-stage community.
In her 25 year career, Jane has transacted >500 senior hires, globally, for disruptive companies, built international and new-market teams inside a start-up, hired a fund team and, as an advisor, helped over 70 start-ups build high performing teams.
Until Oct 2018, she spent 6 years as the Talent Advisor at Balderton Capital and built the proposition which provides talent strategy and leadership development to Balderton CEOs and founder teams. This includes on-tap advice, helping them hire and develop their senior leaders and mentoring in-house talent leaders to build their talent functions from scratch.
As the co-founder of The Talent Stack, a talent management consulting company for start-ups, she built a talent acquisition and talent development toolkit for entrepreneurial leaders, based on the solutions she has seen make a real impact on growth in agile cultures.
Jane cares deeply about helping entrepreneurial companies to scale up by using the right data to hire and develop the right people at the right time. She is intrinsically driven to help founders solve growth challenges, using practical candour.

Katya is Head of Manager at AlbionVC where she is responsible for storytelling, branding and communications. “As the first person to join AlbionVC fully remotely at the start of the global pandemic I am delighted to support AlbionVC team and our portfolio companies in navigating the new normal”.
Katya also oversees the development of ESG framework and sustainability initiatives across the fund and its portfolio.
Prior to joining AlbionVC Katya co-founded and ran KidPix, a successful marketplace for boutique children’s brands. Here she developed her passion for marketing, technology and startups.
Katya started her career in the City working across commodities, shipbroking and B2B financial sales. She holds a BA Economics and Management, University of Oxford and MA Energy, Trade and Finance from the Cass Business School.
Leigh joins the UCL Technology fund after ten years of experience in the life sciences.
Having started as a bench scientist at the Broad Institute, she went on to do a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, which led her into industry after a technology she developed was the basis for a spin-out company.
She later went on to help build the commercial technologies of a CRISPR gene editing company eventually becoming the CSO and became an integral part of the company’s acquisition. More recently, she was Executive Director of Platform Strategy at Quell Therapeutics.
Leigh has a BSc in Biochemistry from Simmons University and a PhD from Imperial College London.
Molly joined AlbionVC from McKinsey & Company where she focused on healthcare systems, services and technologies.
Prior to McKinsey, Molly was Chief Commercial Officer of Induction Healthcare Group which completed an IPO on AIM in 2019 and provided digital tools for healthcare professionals and patients to deliver care more efficiently and effectively. Before Induction, Molly was a founding team member of Pando, a messaging and workflow tool for doctors, and an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur as a medical doctor.
As part of the AlbionVC investment team, Molly will focus on health technology investing with a focus on digital tools and technologies that can drive better outcomes for patients through more efficient delivery of care and better clinical research.
Nadine joined the tech investment team from Berytech Fund Management, one of the first VC funds in the Middle East. Her investment career to date has involved big data management, virtual reality, IoT, digital networks and hardware.

Paul joined Albion with 10 years of experience in tech in startups and investment banking. He came from Citymapper where he was Finance Director for five years having joined when the company had less than 10 employees. He also worked in business operations at Viagogo and in M&A TMT at Citigroup.
